Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 15 June 2026. These Terms and Conditions apply to the RaiseEHS website, trial signup, enquiries, EHS software services, safety audits, safety training, safety document preparation, and digital Pictorial SOP purchases.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website, submitting an enquiry, requesting trial access, purchasing a digital SOP, or using any RaiseEHS service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase any service.

2. Services Offered

RaiseEHS provides EHS management software, safety audit support, safety training support, safety document preparation, digital Pictorial SOP documents, and related consulting or implementation services. Service scope, timelines, pricing, and deliverables may differ depending on the selected product, proposal, purchase, or written communication.

3. Digital Pictorial SOP Purchases

• Pictorial SOP documents are paid digital documents sold per selected SOP topic and selected language.
• The current public price shown on the website is Rs.49 per selected language SOP, unless changed or corrected by RaiseEHS.
• Customers must provide correct name, mobile number, and email address before payment so that download links can be generated and sent.
• After successful payment verification, the purchased SOP download links are shown on the website and may also be emailed to the buyer email entered during purchase.
• Paid SOP download links remain active for 30 days from payment verification. Customers are responsible for downloading and safely storing the purchased files within this period.
• Digital SOP documents are provided for safety awareness, training, documentation support, and reference use. The buyer must review and adapt them according to site conditions, applicable laws, client requirements, and competent-person review.

4. Payments

• Online payments are processed through Razorpay or another approved payment partner displayed on the website.
• Supported payment methods may include UPI, Google Pay, cards, net banking, wallets, or other methods enabled by the payment partner and banks.
• RaiseEHS does not store card numbers, UPI PINs, CVV, net banking passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials on its website.
• Payment success depends on payment partner, bank, network, and customer-side confirmation. If payment is deducted but the order is not marked successful, the customer should contact RaiseEHS with payment reference details.
• Prices may include or exclude taxes as shown during purchase or invoice communication. RaiseEHS may correct pricing, typographical, or technical errors when required.

5. Delivery and Access

• Digital SOP delivery is automated after successful payment verification.
• Software access, trial login, document preparation, audit, consulting, and training services are delivered according to the agreed scope, approval, schedule, or written communication.
• Email delivery may be affected by spam filters, wrong email address, internet issues, or third-party mail delays. Customers may contact RaiseEHS for support within the applicable access period.

6. No Refund and No Cancellation for Digital Products

Paid digital SOP purchases are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled after successful payment because digital download access is generated immediately after payment verification. Please review the selected SOP topic, language, price, and email address carefully before making payment. For failed or duplicate payments, RaiseEHS will review the payment record and assist as per the Refund Policy.

7. Trial Access

• Free trial access is provided only after email OTP verification and admin approval.
• Trial accounts may be limited in permissions, module access, editing, deletion, uploads, approvals, Settings access, and ERP improvement tasks.
• Trial access is normally valid for 7 days from activation and may become inactive automatically after that period.
• RaiseEHS may approve, reject, extend, restrict, or deactivate trial access at its discretion.

8. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate contact, company, site, employee, observation, permit, report, purchase, and billing details.
• Login credentials must be kept confidential and must not be shared with unauthorised persons.
• Users must not upload harmful, illegal, unrelated, misleading, or unauthorised files or content.
• Users are responsible for verifying safety documents, procedures, permits, checklists, and reports before use at site.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, software screens, layouts, logos, text, templates, SOP files, reports, documents, design elements, and related materials are owned by RaiseEHS or used with permission. Purchased digital documents are for the buyer's internal reference and implementation use only. They must not be resold, republished, copied for commercial redistribution, or shared publicly without written permission from RaiseEHS.

10. Limitation of Liability

RaiseEHS provides software, documents, and services as safety management support tools. The customer remains responsible for legal compliance, site safety implementation, competent-person review, statutory approvals, training, supervision, incident prevention, and final operational decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RaiseEHS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, loss-of-profit, loss-of-data, business interruption, or site-incident losses arising from use or inability to use the website, software, or documents.

11. Privacy and Data Use

Customer details submitted through enquiries, trial signup, purchases, login forms, uploads, and support communication are handled according to the Privacy Policy. Purchase and payment data may be shared with payment partners only as required to process payments, verify transactions, prevent fraud, and maintain records.

12. Third-Party Services

The website may use third-party services such as hosting, email, payment gateway, analytics, or browser services. Availability and processing by such third parties are subject to their own policies and technical conditions.

13. Availability and Changes

RaiseEHS aims to keep the website and portal available, but maintenance, hosting issues, internet issues, security actions, third-party outages, browser issues, or force majeure events may affect availability. RaiseEHS may update features, services, prices, policies, and these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from website use, purchases, or services will be subject to the courts and competent forums having jurisdiction in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
