Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to enquiries, free trial requests, and use of the RaiseEHS Smart Environment, Health and Safety Management System.

Trial Access

• Free trial access is provided only after email OTP verification and admin approval.
• Trial accounts are view-only. Editing, deleting, approvals, submissions, uploads, Settings, and ERP improvement tasks are restricted.
• Trial access is valid for 7 days from activation and may become inactive automatically after that period.

Portal Use

• Users must enter accurate company, site, employee, observation, permit, report, and contact information.
• Login credentials must not be shared with unauthorised persons.
• Uploaded files must relate to safety work and must not contain harmful, illegal, or unrelated content.

Service Enquiries

Enquiry and sales form submissions are used by RaiseEHS to understand the requirement and contact the customer for discussion, demo, proposal, or support.

Availability

RaiseEHS aims to keep the portal available and reliable, but maintenance, hosting issues, internet issues, or third-party mail delivery delays may affect availability.
