This policy explains how RaiseEHS handles enquiry, trial signup, OTP, and portal data.

Information We Collect

• Enquiry details such as name, company email, phone number, requested services, and company size.
• Trial signup details such as name, company name, designation, official email, mobile number, industry, number of locations, and number of users.
• Portal data entered after login, including observations, work permits, reports, attachments, notifications, and settings as applicable to the user role.

How We Use Data

• To respond to service enquiries, demo requests, and sales follow-up.
• To verify official email ownership using OTP and process free trial requests.
• To operate the RaiseEHS portal, including notifications, emails, reports, and role-based access.

Email and Notifications

RaiseEHS may send enquiry acknowledgements, trial OTPs, trial activation details, observation assignment emails, legal reminder emails, and system notifications required for portal workflows.

Data Protection

Access is role-based. Trial users are view-only. Direct API access is restricted for protected actions, and uploaded files are checked for allowed type, size, and safe filenames.
