• Trial signup details such as name, company name, designation, official email, mobile number, type of industry, number of locations, number of users, OTP status, approval status, and trial activation details.
• Pictorial SOP purchase details such as buyer name, email for download link, mobile number, selected SOP topic, selected language, cart amount, payment status, Razorpay order ID, payment ID, and download access record.
• Portal data entered after login, including employee details, assigned sites, observations, work permits, reports, attachments, notifications, legal reminders, uploaded documents, and role-based settings.

Online payments are processed through Razorpay or another approved payment partner shown on the website.
